Bluetooth SPP通信のためのサーバーソケットを作成し、受信待機します。
クライアントから接続されると子オブジェクトとしてBluetoothSocketオブジェクトを生成します。
BluetoothSocketListenerオブジェクトを作成し、Startメソッドを呼び出すと、ソケットの待ち受け状態となります。
デフォルトプロパティはValueです。ValueTypeにはString、Number、Fixed、Dateを指定できます。
